Refund policy
All of our sales are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we offer a fair and transparent return policy.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Returns for Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item within your order, please follow these steps:
Inform us of the specific issue with your item via email at orders@divinejourneysofhealing.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect and clear photographs of the damaged item highlighting the fault.
Our Review Process:
We will promptly review your email, and will reach out to you via email to discuss the next steps. If your return is accepted, we may provide you information on how and where to send your package.
Once your return is accepted, based on the nature of the fault we do offer the following option:
- Replacement of the damaged item
Please note: This return policy applies only to demonstrably faulty or damaged items. Returns for change of mind or any other reason than defects are not accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
